Key Skills/Attributes:
5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
4+ years of experience in the gambling industry.
2+ years of experience in a Lead Artist position or a similar role.
Confident knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
A strong, stylish portfolio is a must.
Ability to work in a variety of graphic styles.
Ability to provide constructive feedback, be self-driven, and have a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills.
English level of at least B1.
Would be nice to have:
Knowledge of JIRA is beneficial.
Experience with AI.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team.
Manage project timelines and ensure quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, animation and design.
Mentor and develop team members, providing support and guidance.
