Requirements
2 + years of proven experience designing slot or casino games.
Deep knowledge of slot mechanics and player psychology.
Ability to translate mathematical models into compelling game experiences.
Strong written documentation skills and familiarity with industry GDD formats.
Data‑driven mindset—comfortable interpreting KPIs, simulations and A/B results.
Passion for games from both player and designer perspectives; relentless curiosity about emerging trends.
Clear, confident communication in English (minimum intermediate, written and spoken).
Collaborative, proactive and detail‑oriented approach to shipping quality content.
