What we expect from you:
2+ year of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media;
Deep understanding of the software development domain;
Experience with ATS systems (we use Peopleforce);
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
Experience working with hiring managers;
Knowledge of various recruiting tools (not only LinkedIn, Djinni, etc.);
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
High communication and negotiation skills;
Analytical skills and attention to detail;
Thinking out of the box, creative, proactive person.
You will responsible for:
Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible;
Lead recruitment process of end-to-end;
Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
Screen candidates’ resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of the team;
Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
Recruitment database maintenance in ATS;
To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.
